
Julia | Child and Young Person Therapist
Julia provides therapies for children and young adults with all different range of challenges.
She incorporates both person centred and cognitive behavioural approach to meet the individual needs of clients.
Julia has a BSc Psychology with the focus on Counselling, Clinical and Educational psychology which helped her to have a wide range of expertise in different fields of psychology.
Julia is also currently studying MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy to widen her range of expertise and is planning to complete a Doctorate diploma in Psychology after she graduates.
Julia has over 5 years of experience working with children and young people on different positions which makes her highly aware of the difficulties that individuals might experience under a range of circumstances. It also paramount to her that knowing the individual first is the key to make a real progress, hence Julia highly focuses on self awareness and understanding our own emotions along with applying more practical, behavioural practice.
These techniques help clients to achieve the most out of their sessions.
