• A clinician will meet you in the lobby area.
• If there is a delay due to an appointment overrun, they may not be able to come down. In that case, please give us a call – we will notify the clinician and, when possible, let you into the building remotely.
• Once you arrive, press ‘12’ followed by ‘✱’ on the reception intercom system, or call us and we will let you in.
• We are located on the second floor. You can use either the lift or the stairs.
  
  

🚗 Parking

• We recommend street parking. Nearby paid street parking is available on King Street, Princess Road West, Crescent Street, West Street, and Marlborough Street.
• You can use the PaybyPhone app to pay for street parking.
• There is also a nearby NCP car park available.
